Rent To Own is a new way to own your home and has been designed to help tenants to get onto the property ladder.

The scheme allows tenants to rent their desired property for a fixed period of time, which is usually about 5 years. During this time tenants will pay rent and a top up amount. After the rental period comes to an end, tenants are then able to buy the property, at a pre-agreed price, using the money saved from the top-up towards a deposit.
